Dave Skow started his real estate career in 2001. After opening Wagga Property Management as a sole operator in January 2014, Dave achieved phenomenal growth, listing over 900 managements in less than 5 years of operation. In late 2018, Dave became the Director of RE/MAX Elite. Dave now oversees the running of the entire operation, leading a team of property management and sales professionals, while still enjoying the continued growth of his business.

Kylie started her career in real estate in 1991 and became joint owner of boutique agency Maxwell and Co Real Estate with her life partner Jason in the mid-90s. In 2013 they merged their business with well known franchise brand LJ Hooker and in 2016 became sole owners of LJ Hooker Queanbeyan. Kylie believes real estate is about the people, not property. She believes if you treat people right the rest will follow.

Kellie’s primary career focus has been the development and organic growth of the agency’s rent roll.

Charlotte is now National Growth Manager for The Rent Shop, growing and training the business development team at a nationwide level.
